How to be nice

Being nice to people is as simple as A.B.C but some people find it difficult to do. They actually think of doing something extravagant for a person like buying them expensive gifts. Most at times, they even let go of what they wanted to do because they cannot find the perfect thing to give and sometimes, they really can't afford it. However, being kind to people doesn't mean you have to shower them with gifts and things like that. Just do the little things that truly matter. here are some things that matter

1. Apologizing

Saying sorry when you do something wrong or hurt someone's feelings is a very simple thing to do. It does not cost you anything or take anything away from you so why don't you just apologize. Believe it or not saying am sorry could transform and angry heart that is about to be full of hate into a peaceful heart filled with forgiveness. If you want to be nice to people, apologize.

2. Being appreciative

Saying thank you is a perfect way of showing gratitude when someone does something for you appreciate them no matter how small. Say... you were late to pick up your child from school and the child follows your neighbor home. Or you couldn't attend a class and your classmate helped you with updates Or maybe your neighbors help you fetch your cloths from outside just before it rains. Appreciating is being kind back. They showed you kindness, your appreciation should do same.

3. Gentleness

Here, I am not going to be exclusive to boys only. It's true there is a whole talk on being romantic and bla-bla-bla. However I am talking about being nice as a person. As girls, we mostly have extra pads in our bags. How about you offer it to someone whose flow came early  or you open the door for someone else to go first even if you both and in a hurry (that's a plus to being mature too.) or just simply sympathizing with someone who is hurt rather than being a jerk.

It is true that sometimes when we are too familiar with people we turn to expect things from them and be like... this person is supposed to be doing this for me because I have done this for them. Whatever you do for a person, don't expect anything in return. If they do something for you, well be appreciative. Especially with your employees just because you pay them shouldn't stop you from appreciating their work. Remember this, every human being is equal and so the least you can do is to humble yourself. Also be nice to everyone for you don't know tomorrow. Do the smallest things and you shall receive reward.
