 Prof. KELLY MUA Kingsly is a graduate of Harvard Kennedy School of Government (HKS), Charisma University (PhD), Full Professor of Copperstone University Zambia; Professor Kelly is a certified expert in financial investigation, financial crime Investigator from the Institute of Forensic Certified Accountants Canada. This Very High Executive of the Cameroonian Administration is specialized in financial engineering and is in Charge of the Financial Opérations of the Stateconcomitantly with his responsibilities to the organizations of the Central Africa Sub-Regionsuch as those of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC); the Regional Advisory Commission on Financial Markets (CONSUMAF); the Anti-Money Launderingand Corruption Action Group (GABAC); In charge of financing Zone Franc projects at the Ministry of The Economy, Planning and Regional Development; Founder and President of the Reco Foundation (Charity Organization) and Chairman of the Management Committee of Agro Engineering Scoop understood here as the Simplified Cooperative Society for Agriculture. Therefore, he is a high-flying manager of Public Finance with a wide okrange of skills that have been honed over time.This experience is none other than the result of the various positions of responsibility he has held in recent years in the various private, national and international administrations, namely, among others:

He is also an international speaker in major national and international institutions.
